Alamo Square Remodel

This traditional Victorian home is composed of carefully selected, custom details that required an extensive collaboration between the client, interior designer, general contractor, and artists/collectors. Vintage light fixtures from the early 1900s were sourced from various antique sellers to be installed in the stair atrium, living room, parlor, and dining room. The stain glass pieces in the house were created by a local artist in Berkeley and each glass option presented was tested in natural and artificial lighting conditions to ensure the client was content with the color, scale, and design of each piece procured for the renovation. The custom stair, millwork, various moldings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and custom stone fireplaces were designed and specified to actualize the client’s vision for an authentic Victorian space.
